THE OPPORTUNITYAs the Human Resources Advisor, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders and managers to deliver generalist HR advice, support and services to the Peak Downs project.ABOUT THE ROLEThe primary functions of this role will see you: This role is suited to someone who enjoys a varied workday, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a rewarding and engaging role within a supportive team.Work autonomously on site, as the day to day point of contact for all HR related queries and mattersLead complex investigations, and support with Enterprise Agreement NegotiationsProvide advice, training, coaching and support to site operational teams in relation to the entire employee lifecycle including remuneration, employee engagement, policies, procedures, learning and development, employee relations and performance management.Provide expertise regarding conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, disputes and investigationsSupport the wider Queensland HR team in the delivery of all aspects of HR and IR activities for the ProjectSupport in the development, implementation and maintenance of effective people strategies and initiativesSupport and collaborate community, diversity and inclusion initiatives for the ProjectWork closely with and provide support to the Human Resources ManagerPromote a values-based approach to HR at the Project.
