As a HR Advisor at JSW Drilling, you will join our team and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring best-practice HR processes.
Your key responsibilities will include: Employee Relations:  Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws while addressing employee queries and concerns.
Ensuring Compliance:  Reviewing and interpreting relevant laws, awards, collective agreements, employment contracts, pay rates, support leaders in resolving any employee relation issues.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Undertake full end to end recruitment process for site and office staff, including site mobilisation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless start for new team members.
HR System: Updating and maintaining the HR system and ensure the information is current and the organisation is compliant with legislation.
Performance Management:  Assist with goal setting, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.
support leaders in resolving any employee relation issues.
HR Reporting:  Analyse data trends and prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, retention etc.
Employee Engagement:  Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and morale.
Occasional site visits may be required to support operational teams.
The position is based at our head office in Bibra Lake, offering full-time hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
What We Are Looking For: A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
Demonstrated experience in the mining or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Relevant HR qualifications or certifications.
