Details of the offer

Responsibilities include: Provide professional advice on employment issues, including Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and enterprise agreements.
Support managers with performance management, dispute resolution, and workplace investigations.
Advise on change management initiatives and assist with the transition to new practices.
Review and develop position descriptions and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Act as a Grievance Officer and assist in grievance management and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with Occupational, Safety, and Health (OSH) requirements and assist with injury risk management.
Deliver training on HR practices and promote the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employee well-being.
Manage including exit interviews, staff surveys, rewards programs, and recognition.
Skills & Experience Required: Degree or post-graduate qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Proven experience in an HR advisory role, particularly in employee relations and industrial relations.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR systems, and change management.
Experience with grievance resolution, performance management, and HR compliance.
Strong investigative and report-writing skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
Client service experience in complex or medium to large organisations; health sector experience is a plus.
Sound knowledge of immigration & Visa requirements and International Recruitment advantageous.
Current driver's license and a National Criminal History Check required.
Benefits: The ability to salary package up to $18,550 annually, meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your take-home pay.
