Job Description Act as a trusted advisor to middle management on all HR-related matters, offering insights and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Provide proactive HR support in line with company policies and employment laws, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, internal transfers, performance reviews, and exits.
Mediate and resolve employee issues, providing guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters.
Work closely with and support the business partnering team with case management and investigations.
The Successful Applicant Proven experience in an HR advisory or senior officer role, with a solid understanding of HR best practice.
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
