DescriptionAre you passionate about fostering strong workplace culture and driving employee engagement?
We are looking for a pragmatic and enthusiastic HR Advisor based in Sydney or Brisbane to collaborate and advise senior stakeholders to guide and shape the employee experience and implement global HR initiatives.
You will play an active role in ensuring policies and processes are kept up to date and in line with legislation changes and will work with leaders to ensure that their team structures are shaped to achieve the business vision.
Reporting into the Global Director, HR, you will be an integral member of the global HR team and will work collaboratively to create and implement consistent company HR initiatives across Australia.
YOU WILL...Build and foster collaborative relationships with senior leaders, to provide high level of HR guidance.Proactively identify and deliver on effective best practice, HR projects and strategies while also advising on local industry trends and developments.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legislative updates, updating & educating the business and stakeholders on changes.Work effectively with management to coordinate and resolve simple and complex employee relations cases, and balance employee well-being alongside business needs while remaining impartial and calm.Work collaboratively with the global HR and Talent functions to ensure a holistic approach to solutions.Lead on local wellbeing, engagement, and organisational design initiatives.Contribute to setting the global HR corporate strategic plan and be accountable for implementing the plan across their respective region.ABOUT YOU?Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or a related field.Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives within a dynamic environment as a part of a global HR team.Strong relationship management skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions.Significant knowledge and application of relevant legislative provisions, regulations and Acts.Experience providing effective guidance, mentoring and training to other employees.An analytical thinker, with the ability to analyse data, create meaningful reports and work with HR information systems.A strategic mindset, with experience working on long-term and high impact projects.WHY WORK FOR US?At Dye & Durham we strive to be visionaries!
