HR Partners has partnered with a leading financial services company for a permanent full time, HR Advisor position! This HR Advisor vacancy provides a great opportunity to proactively partner with leaders of the business. With strong support and guidance from the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with a team of collaborative professionals with opportunity for growth within the business!
Your role: Work across the employee life-cycle and in conjunction with specialist areas, taking the lead on Tier 2 HR queries within assigned client groups (e.g. recruitment, advisory, remuneration, safety, learning and development, communications) Work alongside the Senior People Business Partners to support all cyclical people activities within client group Take guidance and direction from the Senior People Business Partner in supporting business leaders through the IARC process Obtain and maintain HRIS knowledge to successfully troubleshoot basic user queries when dealing with client group/s Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on HR policies and procedures enabling strong advice provided to clients Maintain an up-to-date understanding of legislative and case law developments enabling sound and current advice provided to business leaders About you: 1-2 years of HR generalist experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong ability to synthesise information, analyse data and provide summary of analysis Demonstrated ability to balance conflicting priorities of demanding and diverse client groups within a changing environment Advanced skill level in MS applications and HR systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Paid parental leave Additional leave - volunteer leave, purchased leave and more!
