Job Purpose
The HR Advisor - Resourcing Specialist is responsible for the provision of a professional, quality Human Resource service by performing a range of duties within the provision of end-to-end recruitment. This includes drafting job advertisements, advertising, applicant management and process control, screening, short-listing and assessing candidates in conjunction with the hiring managers, using the recruitment management system and in compliance with all legislative requirements. The selected candidate will report to the Human Resources Manager.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
Provide Recruitment support to the Functional, Project and Divisional Managers as required
Work on ad-hoc Recruitment projects as required
Give verbal offers of employment to candidates
Participate in scheduled Recruitment meetings
Adopt practices which minimise expenditure without compromising results
Maintain Recruitment System
Track and allocate all costs incurred as part of the recruitment process
Ensure any department expenditure is in line with the recruitment budget
Provide a level of reporting as required
Provide strategic recruitment advice to clients to maximise the number and quality of candidates for each vacancy
Complete all administration tasks associated with assignments in line with specified processes
Ensure all aspects of the recruitment process comply with relevant employment legislation
Liaise with external recruitment agencies
Carry out all aspects of the recruitment process in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
Understand your project's business and recruitment needs
Keep abreast of any opportunities/threats to the candidate market through media sources and informal networks
