Job Purpose The HR Advisor - Resourcing Specialist is responsible for the provision of a professional, quality Human Resource service by performing a range of duties within the provision of end-to-end recruitment.
This includes drafting job advertisements, advertising, applicant management and process control, screening, short-listing and assessing candidates in conjunction with the hiring managers, using the recruitment management system and in compliance with all legislative requirements.
The selected candidate will report to the Human Resources Manager.
Main Duties / Responsibilities Provide Recruitment support to the Functional, Project and Divisional Managers as requiredWork on ad-hoc Recruitment projects as requiredGive verbal offers of employment to candidatesParticipate in scheduled Recruitment meetingsAdopt practices which minimise expenditure without compromising resultsMaintain Recruitment SystemTrack and allocate all costs incurred as part of the recruitment processEnsure any department expenditure is in line with the recruitment budgetProvide a level of reporting as requiredProvide strategic recruitment advice to clients to maximise the number and quality of candidates for each vacancyComplete all administration tasks associated with assignments in line with specified processesEnsure all aspects of the recruitment process comply with relevant employment legislationLiaise with external recruitment agenciesCarry out all aspects of the recruitment process in a timely, efficient, and professional mannerUnderstand your project's business and recruitment needsKeep abreast of any opportunities/threats to the candidate market through media sources and informal networksCompany Requirements Code of ConductDemonstrate company ValuesBehaviours in MPOEManagement System requirementsWebuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
