Hr Advisor

Austcorp Executive is partnering with a mining and technology company, who is involved in exciting projects all across Australia with Tier One mining operators. We are actively recruiting for a HR Advisor to cover for 12-months of maternity leave. As the HR Advisor your deliverables will include: End-to-end recruitment On-boarding and Off-boarding of employees Involvement in employee relations Involvement in performance management Creation and implementation of HR initiatives HR administration – remuneration changes, prepare employment letters etc Conduct workplace investigations Coordinate employment training programs HR Data collection, analysis and reporting Your professional experience will include: Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent industry experience 3-5 years of experience in a similar role – Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing A proven track record working in a fast-paced environment Computer literate – Software & Microsoft Office suite competency If this role is of interest, you are open to a change or looking for a clear pathway for future progression opportunities – please call Chris on 0420 540 592 and/or submit your most updated CV through the link.
