About Our Client My client is a large organisation based in Perth's Eastern Suburbs.
Job Description Supporting with employee relations queries, managing disciplinary and performance related processes.Responding to queries from employees as a first point of contact within HR.Supporting with communications surrounding any business changes. Working with hiring leads to support with onboarding and inductions.Developing position descriptions for newly created positions in line with workforce planning framework. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for this role will have:
