Responsibilities: As an HR Advisor at Approach Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team by:
Recruitment and Onboarding:Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Conducting interviews and actively participating in the recruitment process.Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires.Employee Relations:Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Addressing employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.Assisting in conflict resolution and mediating employee disputes.Performance Management:Supporting the performance appraisal process.Collaborating with managers to identify training and development opportunities.Contributing to the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.Compliance:Staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.Ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and standards.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
