About the role We are on the lookout for a HR Advisor to join our team.
The role is based in Hope Valley and will support all WA Business.
The role will report to three (3) General Managers and work closely with the National HR Team.
This role will involve working across a range of functions in the HR space.
Some of the duties and responsibilities may include:
Support the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Act as a point of contact for HR related queries.Provide advice and guidance to Managers and employees on HR policies and procedures including Award interpretation across all sites.Support on employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management across all sites as required.Manage and maintain accurate HR employees' files, records, and documentation using HRIS systems (Connx).Contribute to branch and operational meetings, when required.Collaborate with the HR team in Sydney to implement and maintain HR strategies, initiatives, and projects.About you Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar with 2 years' experience in a similar HR Advisor role, preferably within a multi-site organisation.Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships remotely and across different locations.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel as required for business needs.If you're proactive and excited by continuous learning and challenging ways of thinking, looking for an opportunity that will provide you with a great diversity of work and responsibilities, please APPLY NOW!
