We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Advisor or a Junior HRBP (at least 2 years' experience) with outstanding stakeholder management skills & growth mindset and eager to build a lasting career within a reputable company.
In this pivotal role, you will support an amazing Senior HR manager to advise, assist with projects and insights.
Some of the main Responsibilities include and not limited to: Advisory responsibilities include support the People Business Partnering team in the delivery of people solutions through a people plan aligned to the commercial and strategic requirements of the business.
(Not limited to employee experience, employee engagement, recognition, remuneration, talent, development, succession, performance and other key people initiatives) Provide high level, consistent advice to the business in relation to cyclical activity, people process and systems including but not limited to performance, capability, remuneration, recognition, engagement and recruitment Working with the People team, the People Advisor will use data insights and knowledge to help form meaningful people interventions aligned to both the business strategy and people plan Manage people dashboard reporting, providing meaningful insights and actions Lead, design and implement key people initiatives in collaboration with People Business Partners aligned to the People Plan Play an active role on People related projects.
This may include topics such as Reimagined Parental Leave, Engagement Surveys etc.
Provide advice and training to leaders in order to ensure timely resolution of employee relations issues; as required Maintain a safe working environment for team members, contractors and visitors, and ensure that others are not put at risk.
Maintain precise HR records and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
Collaborate on HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Law or Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in an HR Advisory role, managing diverse stakeholders.
Thorough understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Benefits: 12-18-month fixed term contract for Maternity leave however can lead to long term.
Salary is $105K inclusive of super Extensive career development working with Senior stakeholders on strategy.
