About the role: Reporting directly to our Workforce Team Lead, you'll be working alongside another talented HR Advisor and a HR Officer.
In this role, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide hands-on support and guidance to leaders across the business.Advise managers and staff on employment terms, Award interpretation, and relevant legislation.Coach supervisors in managing conduct and performance matters.Facilitate the resolution of local-level conduct issues.Lead workplace investigations and collaborate with leadership to implement recommendations.Contribute to HR strategy, organisational development, and learning and development initiatives.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, staying updated on any changes.Demonstrate and advocate for Pindari's values in every interaction.Maintain accurate HR records and produce timely reports.Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing Pindari's policies and procedures.What we're looking for: Minimum three years of previous experience in a generalist HR role or a directly related field.Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Commerce, or Psychology.Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills and natural knack for building and maintaining positive relationships.Demonstrated case management experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective problem-solving abilities.Why you'll love working here: Everyone at Pindari will tell you the same thing—it's the people here who make it such an incredible place to work!
