This role is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the Enabling Services Transformation and Improvement functions. The position is an important team leadership position and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. The role requires providing leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the team membership and assigned contractors working within the work area.
Responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate to advance the interests across a range of forums.Assisting in leading multiple business improvement engagements that transition business experiences to their desired future states.Ensuring that project quality management meets required standards, deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.Driving operating model maturity, process uplift and transformation in end-to-end business outcomes. Applying improvement frameworks to drive improved business outcomes.Applying change management support to embed business area transformation and improvements.Drafting a range of written material including business cases, plans, briefs, performance and status reporting and corporate documentation for review.Tailoring and developing initiatives that directly enhance the operational efficiency of their respective business areas.Leading the development of strategic communications and engagement plans and both writing and/or presenting content, including executive briefs, talking points, presentations, and staff notices.
