Job Description About the role: A rare opportunity exists for a HR administrator to develop their skill set as part of our People, Culture & Capability team. This role will report to the Head of People, Culture and Capability and be responsible for general HR duties combined with payroll processing. We have invested in ELMO payroll software, think rosters, timesheets and award reading all in one! With 250 staff on the payroll its efficient, modern and accurate. Not interested in fulltime work? Well Payroll can be completed in 3 days per week so we are open to a part time appointment too! On the job training will be provided, long term you will be part of a supportive and engaged team delivery exceptional support to our diverse range of business units; Recycling Centres (both SA and QLD), Retail, Corporate Office, Camps and Adventure Parks.  At Scouts SA we provide great workplace flexibility. Head Office is based in Wayville but we have the ability to work at any of our office locations throughout SA as well as a FT or PT arrangement. We understand how important work/life balance is so it doesnt have to be a 9-5 role!
