Our client, a leading civil contractor in the Australian mining sector, is looking for an HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. Specializing in rehabilitation, construction, and maintenance, they have a strong project pipeline and are excited to expand their HR department.

This is a great opportunity for experienced HR Administrators or recent graduates eager to start their career!

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will assist with a wide range of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, staff development, retention, and offboarding. You'll provide support to both the HR and Training teams, helping with HR, payroll, and training inquiries. You'll also contribute to improving HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Your key tasks will include:
Coordinating reference checks, scheduling training, and ordering PPE for new hires. Preparing contract templates and maintaining employee records in the system. Communicating with employees and supporting their onboarding experience. This is a full-time, office-based position in West Perth, initially starting as a temporary role with the potential to become permanent. The salary is negotiable based on experience.
