Our client is a national Early Education provider, recognized for their high-quality services and community-focused values.
Currently, the business has a rare opening for an upcoming and driven HR Administrator to join their Sydney team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an excellent entry role into the world of Human Resources that will see you working with a collaborative team and reporting into a seasoned and supportive HR Leader. You'll be given exposure to a variety of HR activities in a customer-focused environment.
Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and support P&C operations with a strong focus on contract update requests. Work closely with the broader business to ensure compliance is being met, e.g., Working With Children Checks for new starters. Support managers with the use of the business's HRIS System (Oracle). Role model business values and act as a positive P&C ambassador. To be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field. You will have transferable skills such as attention to detail, customer service management, excellent communication, and intermediate IT skills. Above all, you will be a team player and will thrive in a business environment that leads with passion and authenticity.
