Robert Plumb Management, an integral part of the Collective, provides dedicated HR, Finance, and Operations services across all businesses. We have a newly created position for an HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the HR Manager and HR Advisor throughout the entire employee lifecycle, assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive range of operational and administrative HR activities.

About the role As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of the HR function while also providing support on various projects, including multiple technology upgrades. With prior experience in a similar administrative role and an interest in HR and Construction, you will bring a strong customer service focus, exceptional attention to detail, and a "no job too small" attitude.

Prepare, distribute, and manage employment contracts. Organize and maintain employee records. Handle the preparation, distribution, and management of salary increase and change-to-condition letters. Prepare and distribute probation, performance management, and exit letters. Update internal databases, registers, and employee records (spreadsheets, Power BI, Xero, etc.). Manage all leave processes. Manage HR email inboxes. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Provide payroll backup support. Maintain and update the intranet and online forms (eg: Jotform). Manage the ordering, stocktaking, distribution, and tracking of all uniforms for employees. Provide administrative support for Learning & Development activities. Foster a positive work environment and promote adherence to company values, professional conduct, and behaviour. About you Experience in a similar administrative position.
