We are currently seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join our dynamic team for an initial duration of 3 months with potential to extend.

What you'll own:
Recruitment Support: Conduct candidate screening calls, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment workflows to ensure a smooth hiring process. Onboarding Management: Draft employment contracts and oversee onboarding procedures, including timely processing of background checks. Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, including digital copies of employee files and the Talent Matrix. HR Process Involvement: Assist in the end-to-end HR process, including employee relations, compliance, and offboarding tasks. Administrative Assistance: Support the HR Coordinator with general HR administrative tasks. Why you're a good match:
