Pullman is now Australia's largest 5 star hotel brand in Australia, with a focus on contemporary upscale offerings to our global nomads. The hotel consists of 308 rooms overlooking the picturesque Hindmarsh Square and has a reputation second to none. Located on the top floor, the hotel's main conference and events space has been recently renovated and launched in June 2022. 2024 is an exciting year as the hotel, with our Restaurant and Bar, currently under renovations, relaunching with a new concept in early 2024.
Job Description
Pullman Adelaide is seeking a Digital & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and within budget. Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to optimize campaigns. Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity. Create and maintain content calendars for assigned digital marketing channels. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and content creation in conjunction with marketing team. Collaborate to develop engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns. Assist with the development and maintenance of the hotel website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines and has current information. Qualifications Who will be successful?

Possess or working towards a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Previous experience in digital marketing or digital marketing certificate is highly regarded. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms and tactics. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Experience with indirect/channel sales is a plus.
