THE ROLE: This full-time position reports to our Executive Housekeeper and includes duties such as:
Supervise our Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actionedMonitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the teamEmpower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintainedDrive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guests expectationsDeliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areasCompliance with WHS processes and proceduresCollaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of servicesAssist in on-the-job department and staff trainingPromote the company health and well-being processes and proceduresABOUT YOU: Your many talents will include:
