We're currently seeking a Housing Scheduler to join our team in the Bunbury/Busselton region.
In this role, you'll manage housing logistics within the mining industry, requiring strong experience with SAP, specifically the S4Hana cloud version.
You will play a critical role in planning housing arrangements, managing ongoing changes, and ensuring smooth operations.
Attention to detail, strong scheduling skills, and effective communication are key to success in this role.
This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.
The position operates on a Monday-to-Friday roster, 40-hour weeks, with accommodation provided (meals to be self-managed).
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage meaningful housing schedules for mining accommodation logistics.
Utilize SAP (S4Hana Cloud) and Excel to plan, track, and adjust schedules as required.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage ongoing changes and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in scheduling activities.
Communicate effectively with teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Benefits Hourly rate + superannuation, depending on experience and skill set, paid weekly.

About You To be successful, you will need experience in the following: Strong scheduling experience in SAP, specifically S4Hana Cloud, and Microsoft Excel.
Proven attention to detail and ability to create meaningful and effective schedules.
Excellent communication and listening skills to engage with stakeholders and resolve issues.
Experience managing housing logistics or similar roles in the mining or accommodation sectors.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
You must have Australian Working Rights for this role.
