Why you will love this opportunity as Senior Housing Cx Consultant at CivicaAs Housing Consultant, you will sit within our Local Government - Social and Affordable Housing Business Unit, and report into our Service Delivery Manager.
This will be a dual-purpose role in delivering services and support responsibilities.
You will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring Civica's Housing Software and be our subject matter expert in advising our customers a tailored solution for our product in line with their business requirements.
Part of this role you will be providing onsite and remote consultancy, services and support for our customers during implementation, post live, testing, training and attend and deliver presentations or demonstrations to our customers.
You will be documenting customer configuration requirements and assist in updating and developing tailored training courses for our customers.
You will be working closely with various internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing and recommendations for product enhancements.
