Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients in identifying and sourcing the ideal parts, addressing inquiries, and providing technical guidance as required. Utilize your budding expertise to accurately identify parts, components, and specifications based on customer descriptions, part numbers, and reference materials. Handle customer orders with efficiency and precision, ensuring the accurate selection and ordering of parts. Take charge of monitoring and managing parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product advancements, and technical information relevant to the parts you deal with. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management. Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience. About You: A passion for automotive, industrial, or machinery parts and components. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer software and inventory management systems.
