About the Role … We are seeking applicationsfor an experienced Houseperson who is reliable, has a passion for motivating a team and takes pride in their work, to assist in the leadership of our Housekeeping team. Key responsibilities include: Carrying large bags of linen Restocking of clean linen Service and clean hotel rooms for check-in and outs  Keeps things in best condition by directing work and suggesting the necessary replacement of equipment Drive productivity Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard Check supplies, equipment and housekeeping trolleys ensuring that at all times they are fully stocked and neatly presented for use in a guest area Check constantly for room status discrepancies and reports to Housekeeping Department and Front Office immediately. About you… To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:   Minimum 1 years working within a similar position within a 4-5 star hotel is advantageous A keen eye for detail and the ability to recognise reoccurring cleaning issues Professional manner and exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills A friendly and positive attitude Ability to think on your feet and quickly resolve issues The flexibility to work weekends.
