Job Description Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and event spaces.Assist housekeeping members by delivering supplies, removing trash, and helping with room setup and cleaning when required.Set up and breakdown event spaces, including moving furniture, arranging equipment, and ensuring rooms are guest-ready.Restock linens, towels, and other amenities for guest rooms and common areas.Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.Ensure that housekeeping storage areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout the resort.Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departments.Support other departments with tasks as needed during peak times or special events.Qualifications Previous experience as a Houseman or in a similar housekeeping or janitorial role is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Good physical condition, as the role requires frequent lifting, pushing, and carrying of heavy items.Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in Thai and basic English communications.Additional Information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.Develop your talent through Accor's learning programs.Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!Ability to contribute to the community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
