We are committed to offering timeless holiday parks within inspirational locations and with a rapidly expanding portfolio, we welcome more than 500,000 guests each year across 40+ iconic locations.About the RoleWe have an amazing opportunity to play an integral role in our Racecourse Beach Park as a Housekeeping Team Leader.We are looking for a team leader who has a strong work ethic, a passion for teamwork and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Responsibilities:Cleaning and servicing of rooms in preparation for our guests to arrive.Train and mentor our housekeeping team and take ownership of the housekeeping department.Scheduling, coordinating and carrying out scheduled cleaning in line with our operating policies.Liaising with our linen service and cleaning supplies providers.Ensure day-to-day presentation of all cabins and shared amenities is to the highest standard for our guests.What You'll Bring to the Team:Be hands-on, rolling up your sleeves and 'getting the job done', like all of our team.An understanding of cleaning and cleaning processes.Ability to work autonomously and think independently.Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and the subsequent pro-active management of such opportunities.Flexibility to adapt and respond to changes emerging in a rapid-paced environment.This is a Full-Time opportunity where weekend and school holiday work is required.Why Join Us?Wherever we may be, one thing unifies Tasman Holiday Parks.
