Primary Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the entire housekeeping departmentImplement cleaning standards and foster productivity, motivation, and professional growth among all Housekeeping Team MembersProcurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping-related inventory while managing budgets & controlling expensesAdhere to compliance with chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety regulations; ensure that all team members follow safety protocolsTrack labour expenses and productivity relative to occupancy rates, while also conducting daily inspections to assess room cleanliness standardsSkills and Experience Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail and possesses prior leadership experience in housekeepingExhibit outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities, coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanourDisplay quick thinking and adaptability to ensure seamless daily operationsBalance effective leadership with a collaborative team spirit, actively engaging in hands-on support to ensure the team's successAble to accommodate a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as requiredAt Accor, we welcome you as you are.
