THE ROLE Reporting to the Wellness & Hygiene Manager, the role of Public Area Cleaner (Wellness & Hygiene) is a casual position located in Brisbane.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and overall aesthetic appearance of our Scape assets in Brisbane. Key responsibilities include:
Daily cleaning of public areas, including using a carpet cleaning machine and floor scrubbing machine in common rooms, lounges, theatre, outdoor terraces, gym, and laundry.Being fully aware of health and safety obligations.Room cleaning and bed making for residents as required.Hours of work will generally be Mon – Fri, starting between 6am and 8am, with occasional weekend work as required.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking enthusiastic self-starters with the following skills and experience:
High attention to detail.Ability to prioritise and multitask.Can work in a team or individual setting.Ability to work with and relate to young adults while maintaining professional and cultural sensitivity and boundaries.1-2 years' experience as a public area cleaner in a large commercial environment or room attendant in a 4 – 5 star hotel environment.PERKS & BENEFITS At Scape, we are all about creating and sharing the good vibes.
