The Role Join our team as a House and Land Coordinator and play a key role in driving lead generation and sales through house and land packaging.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage both exclusive and non-exclusive lot packages, helping to boost our presence across real estate platforms and increase enquiries for new home sales.
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited too: Monitor land supply across 50-70 active estates Source land documentation from developers (engineering, title timeframes) Prepare and release new exclusive house and land packages to websites Ensure all packages meet building codes, energy efficiency and developer/local authority guidelines Provide House and Land package materials to Sales and Marketing teams Liaise with land developers to update and release packages on their websites and listings Generate weekly and monthly reports on package performance, consultant sales and land developer performance Onboarding and support to New Home Consultant's for House and Land packaging You If you are a proactive and adaptable professional with a passion for delivering high-quality results, then we would love to hear from you!
