The projects will have international scope and present unique challenges and opportunities.
Initially working from our Balcatta office, this individual will then mobilise to Garden Island working Monday – Friday during project delivery, expected to commence late 2025.
Your role: Support the preparation and collation of all required documentation, such as operation manuals, maintenance guides, and as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and completenessWork with project teams to schedule and oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems and infrastructure prior to handoverMaintain detailed records of handover activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and any outstanding issues are addressedAssist in verifying that completed works meet quality, safety, and contractual standards, identifying any deficiencies that need resolutionAct as the primary point of contact for our client and other stakeholders throughout the handover process, ensuring all requirements and expectations are metAct as a liaison between the project team, contractors, and the client, coordinating meetings and ensuring all parties are informed of handover requirementsAssist in organizing training for Defence personnel on new systems or equipment, including preparing training materials and scheduling sessionsYour background: Ideally seeking prior HOTO (handover / takeover) experience, preferably within civil construction or Defence projectsStrong ability to manage multiple tasks, track project progress, and coordinate documentation effectivelySound communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams, contractors, and stakeholdersAbility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance, as required for working on Department of Defence projectsWhat we can offer you: Working on groundbreaking Australian projects that will provide exposure to nuclear compliance requirementsHighly competitive and comprehensive remuneration packageBroad and evolving scope of responsibilities that will play a pivotal role in the development of this new projectAccelerated career developmentAlignment to a company with a sustainable growth strategy within Defence related projects and beyondAt Ertech we lay a foundation centred around core values, positive interactions and a good culture, and our leaders stay connected to employees.
