Oversee all areas and conduct staff meetings Hands-on leadership style, leading by example Understanding of venue reporting and systems Proven ability to generate revenue-building ideas Solid financial understanding of wage costing & P&Ls Availability during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends Proficient in rostering, stocktaking, and investigating stock loss Recruitment, training, and performance management experience WA Approved Managers and RSA Familiarity with BePoz and RMS is advantageous About You:
