About the role   As our Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.
You will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key accounts, managing the day to day of the conference &e events & groups department, and ensuring our hotel meets its revenue and occupancy targets.
Key responsibilities and tasks consist of, but are not limited to: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
Identify, pursue and manage new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Manage the sales budget, forecast future sales, and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs and expectations.

Skills & experience   Previous hotel sales management experience is a MUST Strong written and verbal communication with key stakeholders Pride in personal presentation and grooming essential Sound time management and problem-solving skills essential Advanced PMS & IVvy experience desirable.
