The role: We currently have an opportunity for an exceptionally motivated hospitality leadership professional to join our team on a full-time basis at ACH Group's Residential Care Home Colton Court, located in McLaren Vale. As the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will proudly take the ownership of the daily hotel services operations, ensuring great resident hospitality experiences while overseeing compliance and meeting financial goals across food, dining and housekeeping operations, resident experiences & consumer satisfaction.

What you'll do: Management of catering, dining experience, cleaning and laundry Lead a team and drive culture that genuinely puts hospitality at the heart of what they do Continually drive a team to create and deliver exceptional customer experiences Support a positive environment, challenge the status quo and inspire your team to do the same Continually seek improvements, identifying and addressing gaps Manage the hospitality budget for the home About You! The role demands a person withoutstanding communication skills and ability to building strong relationships with people and stakeholders at all levels, along with:
