The role: We currently have an opportunity for an exceptionally motivated hospitality leadership professional to join our team on a full-time basis at ACH Group's Residential Care Home Colton Court, located in McLaren Vale.
As the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will take ownership of the daily hotel services operations, ensuring great resident hospitality experiences while overseeing compliance and meeting financial goals across food, dining and housekeeping operations, resident experiences & consumer satisfaction.

What you'll do: Management of catering, dining experience, cleaning and laundryLead a team and drive a culture that genuinely puts hospitality at the heart of what they doContinually drive a team to create and deliver exceptional customer experiencesSupport a positive environment, challenge the status quo and inspire your team to do the sameContinually seek improvements, identifying and addressing gapsManage the hospitality budget for the homeAbout You! The role demands a person with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with people and stakeholders at all levels, along with:
