Hotel Managing Couples Needed

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and experienced couple to manage our motel located in the popular holiday destination Mt Gambier. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in motel management and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. We also value creativity and a commitment to improvement in all areas of the motel.
Key Responsibilities:

Reception and front-of-house duties
Managing online and walk-in reservations, including payment processing
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the front office is clean and organized
Housekeeping duties, and calling in additional staff as needed
Performing room servicing duties
Utilizing handyman skills to address minor maintenance issues
Liaising with service providers, tradespeople and more

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of experience as a Motel Manager
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in computer systems and software used in the hospitality industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Working rights are necessary for this role
