This role will be based at Tropical Queenslander, Cairns Queensland.

About You Previous relevant experience as Motel Manager or similar role Ability to support and develop teams to manage and influence performance, profitability and to deliver effortless guest experience.
Hands-on experience in every aspect of daily operation Initiative and energetic drive with a growth mindset and commitment to make a difference Strong interpersonal, time management, planning and proactive organizational skills Analyzing finance to drive revenue, future profitability, and maximum return on investment Experience in managing and fostering collaborative working relationships with suppliers and corporate customers Excellent language skills in both writing and speaking.
About the Package Salary is based on days of working Performance bonus Free accommodation Company Car A Couple with motel management experience are highly preferred.
