$120,000 – $140,000 per year + Super + Bonus
Rydges Armidale is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic & switch on Property Manager or Management couple to lead the team and oversee the day-to-day operations of an established property.
Comprising of 57 suites, Azka Restaurant & Tapas bar, this property is the destination of choice when visiting our region.
The successful applicant will have:
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environmentKnowledge of Property Management Systems - Opera would be highly regardedStrong background in hospitality management operationsProven experience in leading and engaging a team to provide an optimal Customer Experience in a hotel environmentOperational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments with a strong focus on rooms divisions, food & beverage, revenue and yield management.Be experienced in cost control managementProven experience in driving and achieving top line revenue and bottom line resultsAbility to develop a budget and make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficientlyMandala Hospitality Group has multiple properties throughout the east coast of Australia.
