What You'll Do: Lead the Front Office team, creating seamless check-ins and unforgettable stays.Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and a positive, engaging work environment.Collaborate across departments to maintain high service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.Oversee daily operations, from financial transactions to staffing and guest relations.Handle guest complaints with professionalism, focusing on continuous improvement.What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for guest services.Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.Valid NSW RSA Competency Card, First Aid Certification, and a Driver's License.A team player who inspires, engages, and promotes a culture of excellence and enthusiasm.Why Join Us?
