As our Hotel Assistant Manager at the Dorsett Hotel, you will manage and support our Front Office team while overseeing the daily operations to ensure a worldclass experience for our guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our team members and guests.
A few of your responsibilities:  Assist the Front Office Manager to ensure that the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintainedAssist with the people planning requirements including recruitment, rostering, training and developmentManage guest queries and complaints ensuring a satisfactory resolutionEnsure hand over information is properly communicated to next shiftWhat we are looking for: Previous experience in managing a large and diverse team with high-performance standardsProficient with computers and relevant hotel systems and software (Opera Cloud highly regarded)Flexible availability to suit business requirementsExperience building positive working relationships between departments and within the teamOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbout you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service. With exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, you're poised to excel in this role.
