We are currently seeking a Host Partnership Manager (HPM) to build partnerships with various host organisations across industries nationally to establish placements and work integrated learning opportunities for our students.

About the role The Host Partnership Manager (HPM) is responsible for sourcing opportunities establishes networks coordinates all aspects of student placement management for students nationally, related to their field of study, as required for their course completion.
Responsibilities include: Identify and source host organisations which have multi-disciplinary work integrated learning (WIL) opportunities Conduct outbound calls with prospective host organisations, successfully developing relationships and partnerships Attend industry events to expand networking opportunities, promoting and enhancing ACAP's profile within various industries This role enjoys a balance of freedom and autonomy whilst being part of a motivated team with the shared passion for relationship building and achieving the best goals for student outcomes.
It is essential that you can demonstrate: Solid experience in a relevant/similar role that requires proactivity and working towards measured goals and clear outcomes for clients, students or customers Experience in developing and maintaining positive client relationships with a consultative and professional approach to relationship building Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills and excellent client service orientation Proactive and results-driven focus The following would be advantageous but is not essential; Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, or business development Experience in the education sector An understanding of the WIL placement process This is a key role in our collaborative and vibrant team, and it is critical that you share our passion for excellent customer service and exceptional stakeholder relationships.
