Step into our part time 3 days per week role of Trainer/Assessor and not only will you be dishing out top-tier culinary education, but you'll also be the maestro leading our stellar student cohort on a journey of exceptional education.
Picture this: You won't just be imparting knowledge; you'll be the guide, mentor, and motivator ensuring our students receive the finest training and unwavering support.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and comprehensive training to students at 2 locations in the Emerald region.Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their skills and passion for the culinary arts.Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with industry standards.Conduct quality training and assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to support all our students' learning journeys.Stay current with industry trends and innovations to deliver relevant and up-to-date instruction.Collaborate with the Leadership team to continuously improve the training program.Qualifications: Trade qualified in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery.Diploma of Hospitality Management.TAE (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) or equivalent teaching certification.Proven experience in commercial cookery and hospitality with a strong industry network.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals.Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.How to Apply: If you are thrilled at the idea of becoming a valued member of a dynamic team that embodies a modern culture and is committed to delivering excellence in the industry, then we invite you to take the leap and apply!
