Hospitality & Project Manager – Trendy & Chic Restaurants | Townsville We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality and Project Manager to lead and oversee two stylish, on-trend restaurants located in Townsville. In addition to managing existing operations, you will play a key role in the project management of new openings and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across two restaurantsEnsure high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction across all outletsDevelop and implement strategies to boost revenue and operational efficiencyCoach and mentor managers and staff to drive performance and foster a positive work environmentManage budgets, cost controls, and P&L to meet financial targetsMonitor and analyse restaurant performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance profitabilityCoordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract new clientele and increase brand visibilityLead, direct, and manage the business, reporting directly to the Managing DirectorSpearhead project management of new restaurant openings and acquisitionsBuild bridges with the local community and elevate the guest experienceCandidate Requirements: Strong operational background in the restaurant industry, ideally in a cluster management roleProven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and elevate staff and managersExcellent communication skills with a hands-on approach to building team successPassionate about the Townsville lifestyle and committed to growing within the companyIf you are confident in leading the operations of two trendy venues while expanding your project management expertise, apply today and join a company that values community, growth, and excellence.
