Your part in our Blue Care team This is a unique employment opportunity for Hospitality workers to restore their work life balance and gain employment in one of Australia's fastest growing industries.
As a Hospitality Officer, you will be driven, organised and take pride in your presentation and providing support to residents with the following tasks:
Undertake catering and/or housekeeping services in accordance with designated role or roster.
Foster a professional working relationship with the village residents and team members and ensure exceptional customer service.
Ensure all equipment is used and stored according to manufacturer's instructions and organisational guidelines.
Report any defects in equipment or other hazards.
Report any resident feedback and complaints and participate in resolution and quality improvement practices.
Ensure a safe environment for self, residents and all other persons in the village by taking a proactive approach to health and safety, by identifying risks and actioning remedies.
What makes a difference for us?
Prior hospitality experience in kitchen or cleaning.
Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
