About the Role Chandon is proud to share our wines and hospitality experiences with the members of Club Chandon, our community of subscribers and sparkling wine lovers.
Working from our modern facilities in the Yarra Valley, our Hospitality Club Ambassador will contribute to driving acquisition of new Club Members, providing premium service to new and existing Club Members, and supporting the Hospitality team through education, service and process delivery.
Duties include:
· Promote Club Chandon to visitors, outlining membership options and benefits;
· Strengthen relationships with existing Club Members through premium customized service, as well as being a primary point of contact for Club Members visiting our Cellar Door;
· Face-to-face sales and customer service at our Cellar Door, particularly over peak trade period, inclusive of weekends and holidays.
Requirements To be part of our team, show us:
· Experience in a modern consumer brand with strong/premium brand identity;
· Experience with sales of subscription service, or loyalty program advantageous;
· An eye for detail with excellent communication skills;
· Ability to work weekends and public holidays, understanding this role is consumer facing and works at Chandon's Cellar Door.
