Australian Computer Traders is a leading online and retail ex-government IT equipment supplier with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality refurbished IT equipment and exceptional customer service.
We have an opportunity for technically-minded and customer service-focused individuals to join our team. This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service.
About You · Prior customer service or sales support experience
· Ability to clearly communicate in writing or over the phone
· Technical aptitude required to assist customers to resolve basic computer hardware or software issues (Help Desk Level 1)
· Exceptional multitasking and time management skills necessary to manage competing priorities and service metrics
· Positive attitude and enthusiasm
About the role Assist with product and general customer service enquires (online and over the phone) Ensure customer resolutions are met and a high level of communication is achieved via ticket system, emails, and phone Provide technical customer service support regarding PCs, peripherals, individual components, and other technical products Order follow up and management Manage the customer returns process ensuring compliance with sales channel policy and guidelines Provide timely reporting to management relating to customer service metrics The successful candidate will be offered a Fulltime role based at our Head Office in Murarrie (7.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday).
Candidates must have full Australian working rights to be eligible for this role.
