You'll build a strong foundation for long-term career growth and open doors to a wide range of possibilities.About the RoleKey Responsibilities: Be efficient and effective at dispensing and distribution of medicationProvide medication counselling & education to patientsBe trained in the provision of IVF medicinesConduct Medication Reconciliation and Medicine Management PlansWork cooperatively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide advice regarding patient careConsider financial implications of medication use in hospital and for patients obtaining the medicines in the communityBe available to cover shifts on an ad-hoc basis when requiredAbout YouRequirements: Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRAExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsHighly driven and enthusiasticHigh level of time management, planning and organisation abilityFocused on delivering a high standard of customer serviceAustralian working rightsPrior hospital experience is not essential, as training and support will be provided.About UsIcon Group provides a complete suite of services to support the operation of more than 75 pharmacies across Australia.
