This is an exciting role for someone who has a true passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Hospital and Medical Claims Consultant, you will specializing in processing Hospital and Medical related claims and speaking to providers and members as required.

Previous experience in an administrative role is essential Previous experience in claims, customer service, contact centre role is desirable  Efficient verbal and written communication skills  Able to understand and translate complex information to others in a simple, effective way Comfortable with technology Willingness to suggest processes improvement ideas  Team oriented whilst also being able to work autonomously  Willingness to learn and apply feedback  Your contribution to our organisation will be recognised with competitive remuneration, training and development opportunities, and a range of incentives, such as:
