About the roleMaintain the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens' (RTBG) position as the State's premier centre for amenity horticulture and ex-situ plant conservation through the development and maintenance of the living collections, plant displays and estate of the RTBG, guided by the annual Business Operational Plan.
